Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone! We accept referrals for businesses that are based in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Mexico. Leads can be referred by company leaders and/or agents (consistent with your company guidelines). A lead is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined solely by Appstraction as having an interest in purchasing Cloud based Office tools software as a service (SaaS).

Q:Do I have to be a Appstraction customer?

A:No, the Appstraction Referral Program is open to anyone.

Q:Do I have to be the account holder at a Appstraction Customer?

A:No, our program is available to anyone, including any Appstraction user.

Q:Do you pay me (the referrer) personally?

A:Yes, when that is for the standard period. During Incentive Promotions, you can earn extra program dollars or credits.

Q:How long do I have to wait for payment(s)?

A:For the standard period, payment is issued on a NET 30day basis, and only after Payment is received from the companies that you refer. Therefore, your commissions may take more than one monthly cycle to be issued. During Incentive Promotions, payments or credits are issued according to promotion terms.

Q:What if the organization I refer does not become a Appstraction customer?

A:Commissions are only issued for referrals when they result in a sale of Appstraction licensed software products; i.e., referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for commission payments. During Incentive Promotions, accepted leads are eligible for payments or credits according to promotion terms.

Q:How long do they have to remain a customer for me (or my organization) to earn commissions?

A:Commissions are based on the license fees received by Appstraction for the companies you refer. Therefore, you will begin receiving payment as soon as Appstraction does, subject to initial payment.

Q:Are the commissions taxable?

A:Yes, the commissions are taxable income. For additional tax guidance, Appstraction recommends that you consult a financial advisor.
